Whites and Drug Use

I work in a drug rehab program and often see some sad looking white people walk through my door as high as can be. My question, is there an official NSM belief about drug use? I'd like to hear from international members as well since the subject of drugs is treated differently everywhere.

In the official handbook of the NSM it is under The NSM Code of Conduct. "10. A party member never uses illegal drugs." Also, it is listed in the 25 point party thesis at number 17

"We demand the ruthless prosecution of those whose activities are injurious to the common interest. Murderers, rapists, pedophiles, drug dealers, usurers, profiteers, race traitors, etc. must be severely punished, whatever their creed or race."

And it touches basis on drugs again at number 20

"The state must ensure that the nation's health standards are raised by protecting mothers, infants, and the unborn: ... By prohibiting child labor and ending the rudiments of child abuse, alcoholism, and drug addiction."

Ok. So what about beyond party activity? Is there a general consensus among White Supremacists?
