Some of you know, I am a health care provider.  At work, upon transferring the lady I take care of, I ripped part of my left bicep.  Doc gave me meds and rest, and AROM exercizes starting tuesday.  According to the CAT scan, it is minor and will heal on its own, but until it heals, I have to take temp leave from work.

I love to work, being a health care worker is a huge part of my identity, so I am asking wishes for a speedy recovery.

Well, as you all know, I am in the Military.  Without saying too much, I'm going on a,"one year vacation."  I will be around from time to time to check in, just not as much as I used too.
