I am a 12 year professional in HVAC. I am therefore skilled in hvac, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and various other trades. I am tired of this monotonous routine of helping people who don't give a fuck. It is time for me to make a LIFE change! My ideal situation would be to get hired on to help with the maintenance of a community or compound of like-minded individuals. This is a "feeler" message.
