If anyone is interested in making their own fuel please respond to this topic and I will post directions for ethanol and bio diesel and how to convert your diesel engine and oil burning furnace to burn vegetable oil

My Car runs off Gasolene. I defenetly would like to learn how to make my own Gasolene for a Car or Van, if I ever get a Van again, and whateverelse I need to know. 88

The only way to get a gasolene engine to run on vegy oil is to duel fuel (ethenol and oil) inject or preferably ionize your fuel (oil).
I have personally met the inventor of a fuel ionization system. Ionizing your fuel before you burn it allows 9X more power compared to simply injecting liquid fuel.
So, if your vehicle gets 30 miles to the gallon on liquid injection it could get 270 miles per gallon on ionization injection.
I will do my best to put a design together and share it with you in the future.

If you get an older van you can run it of pure ethanol by making the jet in the carb larger to allow more are in the fuel mixture. by pure i don't mean 200 proof, but i can give you distiller plans that will give you about 160 proof with130 or so proof run off. this requires a lot of work to your fuel system(removing rubber fuel lines changing the fuel filter a few times etc.) But please do not drink your "shine" this is illegal in most areas and not very safe due to the chance your mixture will have methanol in it.

By by installing a fuel filter an extra tank for a small amount of diesel, a duel tank switch and a in line heater you can run your diesel off of used cooking oil.

Recently last June I bought a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Maybe someone here might know how to make Gasolene with corn oil. I've heard about making Gasolene out of Corn Oil. Please let me know if you know that trick. 88 MotleyCrueNSWFI

I have heard of people converting their engines to run on used oil from fast food restaurants actually. I think it's a hybrid where you use gas to get to a certain speed and then have to press a button to convert it to use the oil. Great idea, IMO.
