Italy toughenig immigration, the United Nation is not happy

ENGLISH TRANSLATION from Google:
The President of Italy Silvio Berlusconi has won on Wednesday a confidence vote on a bill particularly controversial on a turn of the screw in the fight against illegal immigration. The text provides that the entry and illegal stay in Italy became a crime and are punishable by a fine of 5,000 to 10,000 euros. The illegal immigrants stay in the centers for the identification and expulsion from two to six months, while those renting housing to illegal or may host up to three years in prison.
The passage of this law - which must still be approved in the Senate to come into force - a time when Italy is criticized in Europe for having returned twice in recent days boats loaded half a thousand illegal immigrants to Libya, not to provide an opportunity for candidates for entry into its territory to file an asylum application. Rome as a policy justified by a wave of unprecedented immigration. According to the Ministry of Interior, Italy has seen 36,900 migrants by sea in 2008 - almost entirely from the Libyan coast - a figure presented in 75% increase compared to 2007.
Agreement with Libya
"This is a violation of European law," warned Tuesday the High Commission of the United Nations for Refugees. Ron Redmond wrote to Rome to express his "grave concern" to UNHCR, and ask the Italian authorities to accept on its territory migrants found to be applying for asylum, an application explicitly "supported" in the evening by the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. The concern of the United Nations is also fueled by the fact that Libya has not signed the 1951 Convention stipulates the rights of refugees, "has no law on asylum or refugee protection system."
Monday, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe - a pan-European non-institutional - Thomas Hammarberg, who has denounced a "unilateral initiative of Italy call into question the right to seek asylum "and denies" the possibility to escape situations of repression and violence. " Statements "totally unfounded", he then told Deputy Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of Italy. "The Italian government fully respects international and European standards, backed by international agreements with countries, whether of transit or origin of illegal immigrants," said Alfredo Mantica, statements regretting "unverified."
The battle of Italy against illegal immigration into Europe has seen a turning point on May 7 with, for the first time, the acceptance by Tripoli to resume illegal collected by the Italian Navy. Hundreds of illegal immigrants were rescued by Italian celebrity, but were not landed in Lampedusa and Sicily, but in Libya, where they had left for Europe. Never before Tripoli had agreed to the return of migrants to its shores. This policy is supported by Italy as a solution to the recurring conflict that opposes to Malta on the issue of illegal immigrants. Both countries routinely reject indeed the responsibility to assist and welcome the migrants. Thousands of them perish every year attempting to leave Africa on boats fortune.

Great for Italy! To hell with the displeasure of some in the U.N. in Italy not wanting not their country to resemble what America has become. All White and European countries need to adopt this hard stance against occupation by illegals. Politicians for the people, not for illegal aliens. Forza Italia!

The UN is an hippocritical organization, that must be disbanded, we must delegalize the UN, because the UN represent the undemocratic nonwhites, they do not represent America or Europe, they are communist enemies. We should not care about the UN being disatisfied about Italy, the UN has created too much damages. In truth the UN cannot resolve the hunger in Africa, all they can find to do, is to send more african refugees in Europe, and accuse us of racism if we do not accept more fake asylum seekers. I hope all of Europe would adopt the same model of anti-immigration like Italy, we must thank Italy for keeping the southern entry border of Europe and safeguard us from foreigner invasion ! Forza Italia !
