RECRUITMENT MUST BE DONE WITH EXTREME CAUTION...AS ROUGES..AND THUGS...AND TRASH WILL ONLY DESTROY OUR CAUSE...AS WE ARE VERY WEAK...AND WE NEED POWER  ALL RECRUITS MUST BE SCREENED, AS THEY MAY BE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT..

I make it a point to never recruit. If you can recruit someone, the other side can just as easily recruit them back.

I personally say that recruitment is.. insane.

It takes personal enlightenment to 'wake up.' ..and well, recruiting or winning over someone is usually a temporary effect and never long lasting.. They must come to racial awareness on their own two feet, and not by the words of others.

Take the average skinhead women for example. More times than not, her boyfriend got her in. She was fu.ck.ed into racism essentially. ..well as I am sure you all know that as soon as that relationship is over she will generally hook up with a negro to prove to herself/peers that she's not like that. It happens all too often.

With Vinland, I expect each man to decide his own level of involvement. No one in Vinland is recruited, everyone stands and delivers.

I agree. You can't recruit somebody by manipulation of your ideas. But you can point out the facts wich is often enough.

AGREED ... I use VERY subtle tactics and simply point out this and that which they know already. Possible 'recruits' simply need to hear the facts from a VERY commited individual and then the reward is to watch with joy as you see them AWAKE!  88

I live in th middle of Nigerville, Iowa where all the blacks from Chicago come to. Evreyone is to affraid to stand up except me. but When i do it i get jumped and have knives pulled on me and my house gets vandalized. Im like the only one who stands up for whites. Recruiting is neede to help Pure Aryans find security. I have nothing and know of noone here who would do that.

I've always been fascinated by how Tom Metzger in the 80's started WAR and brought in the youth and how the skinheads of WAR opened the eyes to thousands of other youth who felt the same way...I feel like I'm the only one in Chicago who looks up to stuff like that and wished I had something like the WAR skinz to be apart of...yeah yeah yeah sob story, but I'm just puttin' it out there.

Doing what I do for my organization is not "recruiting". It's education.
