Got hurt at work.

Some of you know, I am a health care provider.  At work, upon transferring the lady I take care of, I ripped part of my left bicep.  Doc gave me meds and rest, and AROM exercizes starting tuesday.  According to the CAT scan, it is minor and will heal on its own, but until it heals, I have to take temp leave from work.

I love to work, being a health care worker is a huge part of my identity, so I am asking wishes for a speedy recovery.

But, as long as I rest my left arm correctly, I can still type!

Ouch. torn bicep. I have been out of work for 2 months after an illegal beaner hit me in the wrist with an axe. Good luck with your recovery.
