The fed is a private bank that operates outside of
the control of Congress and manipulates the credit of the US for the
sole objective of getting the greatest possible profits from the use of
other people's money. Its accounts have never been audited. It is the
invisible government of monetary power. Like the Panic of 1907, the Financial-Economic crisis of 2008 has been intentionally brought about over the past decade by central banks to further consolidate their control of the banking system and money supply. None has done more damage to the US and world economy than the federal reserve and fractional reserve banking.

There's a long history of US presidents and statesmen -- Lincoln, Madison, Jefferson, Jackson and others -- who fought against the formation of a privately owned central bank which would have the power and resources to control the money supply, debt, interest rates, inflation and deflation. They all failed.
