THE REAL BUT HIDDEN HISTORY

- On July 4, 1776, the Continental Congress from the various American Colonies operating under the Articles of Association approved the historic Declaration of Independence which was penned by Thomas Jefferson. This drastic action had become necessary due to the unfair British Empire rule over the Colonies which had reached new levels of abuse when on April 1, 1774 King George III began responding with harsh measures against Boston. The Sons of Liberty (Colonial activists) dumped British tea into the bay of Boston in late 1773, known today as the “Boston Tea Party” in protest over high tariffs as any good Daughter of the American Revolution (DAR) historian could tell you. Sporadic fighting had been perpetrated by British troops in Boston and other areas in 1775 - 1776.

On Friday, July 12, 1776, just 8 days after the passage of the Declaration of Independence, Congress appointed a committee to draw up the Articles of Confederation. Of course, the Declaration of Independence brought a military response from the egotistical King George III who stated: “The lines have been drawn. Blows must decide”. War had started and the British were determined to put down our rebellion cruelly and with the military force of the world-wide British Empire.

A Congressionally appointed committee worked out the details for more cooperation between the Colonies needed to prosecute the war of defense against the British invasion and to form a more cohesive Constitution in order to be acceptable to foreign governments such as France and Spain for possible treaties or alliances. The Continental Congress finally unveiled a third historic document some 16 months later, a Constitution called the ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION which was accepted by the American Congress on November 15, 1777, then and was Ratified by the States and became effective on March 1, 1781. The first President elected under the Articles of Confederation was Thomas McKean who served from July 10, 1781 until November 4, 1781.

The very first article of this Constitution called the Articles of Confederation states:

Article I: The Stile of this Confederacy shall be “The United States of America”.

The Revolutionary War against Britain was fought by this American Confederacy. After a series of battles, and a couple of successful battles for the Confederacy, 3000 French troops and a fleet of 28 French warships joined 4000 Continental troops against the British. The French fleet drove the British fleet back and the combined armies defeated British General Cornwallis in October of 1781 to seal victory for the American Revolution. In September 1783 a peace treaty was signed between Great Britain and the American Confederacy called the United States of America.

In 1786 treaty talks with Spain for rights to navigate the Mississippi, the mouth of which Spain controlled, failed because of regional conflicts between Northern and Southern States revealing early underlying economic conflicts between Northern industrialist States and Southern agricultural States prior to the signing of the more complete amended Articles of Confederation of the Confederacy called the “United States of America” in 1789. That wonderful amended document, also called a Constitution, that was given to us by our Forefathers provides for a republican form of government for the American Confederacy of States rather than a monarchial centralized government with a King.

In spite of the separation of powers provided for in our Constitution of 1789 between the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government, the most important separation of powers was the reservation of powers for the State governments and those rights and powers reserved unto the people by the Constitution and by the Declaration of Independence.

The Washington power grab began early, however, even before the turn of the century. In the early 1800's this struggle was heightened due to the majority in the National Congress being Northern mercantile States over the less represented Southern agricultural States. It was easy for the Northerners to tax the South with tariffs to pay for Northern public works projects which economically benefited the development of the North at the substantial detriment to the South inequitably depriving the South of both public and private funds for such developments.

The problems facing the Southerners of the Confederacy called the United States of America were not only the unfair tariffs and use of most of the money to finance government improvement projects such as bridges, roads and canals in the North, but of the accelerating centralization of power in the Federal Government in Washington at the expense of States’ Rights. By this latter encroachment which was being encouraged by Northern industrialist interests following the British East India Company model which had led up to the American Revolution, these Northern States and their greedy industrialist interests were an unfair attack upon the Confederacy of our Forefathers and were actually dismantling the Confederacy of the United States of America in favor of an empire decades before the War of Northern Aggression of 1861.

Abraham Lincoln, a previous Whig, was nominated as the Presidential candidate for the Republican Party in 1860. Both the defunct Whig party and the newer Republican Party represented the industrialist, mercantile high tariff and centralist interests and it was known by the Southerners who were still determined to preserve and defend the Confederacy of the United States and the Constitution by which it stood were well aware that Lincoln would destroy the grand Confederacy of our Forefathers with which we won our freedom and independence from Great Britain.

When Lincoln was elected in November 1860, the Southern States did what true American patriots should have done; they broke from the usurpers and centralists in Washington who had corrupted Constitutional intent of our Forefathers for the American Confederacy, resigned from their Congressional and/or Senatorial seats and set up the CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA with the same Constitution of the Original American Confederacy of 1789 with very few modifications and moved the central government headquarters to Richmond, Virginia. They vowed to protect what our Founding Fathers had shed their blood and fortunes to provide for us, a free and independent Confederacy operating as a Republic.

The Northern usurpers of the legitimate Confederate Government of the United States of America rather than allowing the Southern States to continue the Confederacy of our Founding Fathers, as was advocated by outgoing President James Buchanan, ignored his position and joined Abraham Lincoln in his brutal military invasion of the government of our Founding Fathers, which was by this time being called the Confederate States of America. The war cry of the Yankee troops was “Save the UNION”! This was the cry of the Lincoln Republican centralists as they then had a free hand to change the government essentially into a “Federal Union under martial law and operated with executive orders from Lincoln .Thirteen (13) Southern States who were determined to protect the Confederacy of their Forefathers seceded. The South had never threatened the so-called “UNION” of the North and intended to leave them alone. It was the FEDERAL UNION of Abraham Lincoln that desired the destruction of the AMERICAN CONFEDERACY OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS.

The Northern States had over 4 times the population of the Confederate States of the South and most of the industry. Added to this was the importation of tens of thousands of German Hessians by Lincoln as had been done by King George III against George Washington and the Continental Army of the American Confederacy. Under Lincoln it is estimated that 180,000 first generation German immigrants fought in the Union Army. A substantial number of these German immigrants (Forty-Eighters) had been in Europe and were involved there and here in Communist/Marxist organizations.

Americans today also are not aware that Abraham Lincoln was a correspondent of Karl Marx, the so-called father of Bolshevik Communism which explains the brutal military revolution that was perpetrated by Abraham Lincoln against the Confederacy of our Founding Fathers in 1861.The letters to Lincoln from Karl Marx have been discovered in an old trunk in an attic of an old house close to the White House. It is important to note that Slavery was never the real issue. At the time of our Founding Fathers slavery existed throughout the world as it did in the American Colonies, including white bond servants. At the time of Lincoln, slavery existed in the North as well as the South and surprisingly, the 1860 census reported that there were 10,000 free black slave owners.

It is interesting that the after the Red armies of the Bolshevik Communists conquered Russia in 1917 they soon called their new communist government the “UNION of Soviet Socialist Republics”. The Soviet Bolsheviks considered Abraham Lincoln a hero and taught that to Communists around the world. Abraham Lincoln had established the “FEDERAL UNION of the United States.

By 1865 the brave Confederates had been overwhelmed by numerical superiority and the lack of industrial support. But before the defeat of the Confederate States of America, CSA President Jefferson Davis stated:

“The principle for which we contend is bound to reassert itself, though it may be at another time and in another form.”

Indeed, the battle to defend and restore the Confederacy of our Forefathers is not over. The U.S. Constitution was suspended in 1933 by Franklin D. Roosevelt declaring a National Emergency under his illegally amended War Powers Act and it has largely remained suspended under various national emergencies to this day. But the quest for the restoration, liberation and independence of the Confederate States of America continues in earnest. This was the reason for the establishment of the Federation of States on July 4, 2000 which, in turn, has created the Southern Independence Party for establishment in each of the Southern States and maybe all of the States of the original Confederacy of 1777 who wish to return to that sane and wonderful government that brought a breath of fresh air of freedom to the world against the oligarchies of Monarchy and Empire bureaucratic centralization (Federalism).

The type of strongly centralized government we see today in Washington, D.C. is but a tailor-made monarchy under an “elected” King (President) rather than a “Royal lineage” King with the real powers behind the throne, so to speak, making the main decisions and which has aims of building a their own new world empire. That new world empire cannot tolerate all of the freedoms and rights for the people that our Founding Fathers provided for us to possess, especially such rights as the right to possess and bear arms. They must have police state control and economic domination of the people in their world empire. That means against you and me!

If you believe in our Founding Fathers and their dreams of freedom and sovereignty, then join with us in the Federation of States in our effort to turn this around peacefully and politically while we still can. To those who remind you of the defeat we suffered in 1865, remind them of our victories against the British Empire in 1783 and of the fact that the population of the greater South today is nearly equal to the Northern States and today the overwhelming amount of industry is in the South and along the Gulf Coast.

This is the reason that this author wrote this book, with the approval of the Federation of States, “THE CONFEDERACY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to reveal the staggering revelation of American history so carefully hidden and absent in the teaching in our schools. As a teaching aid a TIME LINE CHART OF THE CONFEDERACY OF THE UNITED STATES is included in the book as well. Few books today even mention that a document called the Articles of Confederation ever even existed, an obvious and deliberate reconstructionist omission. A copy of the ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION of March 1, 1781 is also included in this book.

What a shock it is to most folks to learn that George Washington, great as he was as the general who defeated the British in the American Revolutionary War in 1781 was not the father of our country nor was he the first president. George Washington served as general under President Thomas McKean and much later was elected as the Tenth President of the Confederacy of the United States.

James Polk, the twentieth President of the Confederacy of the United States, who served from 1845 to 1849 (just 11 years before Lincoln’s election) stated: “Our union is a Confederation of Independent States whose policy is peace with each other and all the world.”

James Buchanan, the 24th President of the Confederacy of the United States, who served from 1857 to 1861 (just before Abraham Lincoln) allowed Southern States to secede, ordered the United States army to turn over forts ports in the South to Southern forces peacefully and he even sent the U. S. Navy to the other side of the world prior to Lincoln’s inauguration knowing the ill military intent of the Lincoln Republicans against the people of the South and the Confederacy of our Fore Fathers.
