Well, it has been surmised that the STARS & BARS might be 'CHURCH' flag. Just as UNION JAKC has been seen as the CHURCH flag from time to time...it may be that this represents the "MANASSEH" half whilst OLD GLORY is the EPHRAIM? And UNION JACK is oddly enough.... "THE HOLY FAMILY!" (IN FLAG SYMBOLISM...vexology...and the INTERPRETATION of SYMBOLISM in flag design can be very "VEXING!")
