The Civil War Preservation Trust has learned that a Wal-Mart Supercenter has been proposed in Orange County, Virginia, just feet away from this epic battleground that witnessed the first showdown between legendary generals Robert E. Lee and Ulysses S. Grant.
This Wal-Mart Supercenter is sure to increase traffic and encourage further development around the battlefield, desecrating the historic land where so many brave soldiers gave their lives.
