I've tried deleting the cache/cookies in both IE and Mozilla Firefox. I've deleted .temp and .tmp files with the hopes that it would delete the picture. I've gone to my account to change it and it says that due to the browser cache it should take just a few minutes... I've even deleted the cache after that... googled how to change it and basically...
