When reading this story, keep in mind North Korea was listed with Iraq nad Iran as the "axis of evil," threats because of potential nuclear terrorism. Before we went into Iraq, we were told that we must because Saddam Hussein was the most horrible terrorist-master and potential nuclear war monger, in spite of a lack of evidence of either being true, and no subsequent evidence having been found these past 5 years of even the beginnings of nukes.
