A Chandler man convicted of murder in the 2010 beheading of a man in a Chandler apartment was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Crisantos Moroyoqui-Yocupicio, 39, pleaded no contest to second-degree murder in March and was sentenced Wednesday by Judge Joseph Kreamer of Maricopa County Superior Court.
Moroyoqui-Yupicio, an undocumented immigrant, was accused of beheading 38-year-old Martin Alejandro Cota-Monroy, who authorities say had stolen drugs from a Mexican drug cartel.
Moroyoqui-Yocupicio faced a punishment ranging from 10 to 16 years in prison.
Authorities believe the killing was intended to send a message that anyone who betrays the traffickers will get the same treatment. The case has been cited as an extreme example of Mexican cartel violence spilling over the border.
On the night of October 10, 2010, police officers responded to a gruesome scene at an apartment in the Phoenix, Arizona, suburb of Chandler. The cops found the decapitated body of 38-year-old Alejandro Cota-Monroy. He was the first isolated case of Mexican cartel violence spilling over the U.S. border.
Last week, Crisantos Moroyoqui-Yocupio pleaded no contest to participating in the murder of Cota-Monroy, a suspected mid-level member of the Beltran-Leyva drug trafficking organization who allegedly stole drugs from a gang aligned with the Sinaloa Cartel. Three other suspects who fled to Mexico remain at large.
According to police in Phoenix, the beheading was intended to send a message about what happens to people who try to get over on the cartel. Mexico is used to the macabre killings. Headless bodies have been dangled from bridges by their feet; severed heads have been sent to victims’ family members and government officials; and bags of heads have been dropped off in high-profile locations.
Arizona has long been a hub for human traffickers and dope smugglers. Forty-four percent of all marijuana seizures near the nation’s borders were made in the Border Patrol’s Tucson sector from October 2011 through September 2012. According to the homicide report, citing border patrol intel, Cota-Monroy had stolen 400 pounds of marijuana and some meth from the PEI-Estatales/El Chapo drug trafficking organization. Cota-Monroy told the cartel that the Border Patrol had seized the drugs, but the cartel learned the truth and hired men to kidnap and kill him in Nogales, Mexico.
But Cota-Monroy had a silver tongue. He convinced his captors that he’d pay back the money and used his house as collateral, the report states. But he was lying. The house wasn’t his. Cota-Monroy fled to the Phoenix area, leading the cartel to hire assassins to go to Arizona, befriend the thief and kill him. >>MORE<<

This whole Jodi Arias ordeal is disgusting with all the press attention that this trial has gotten, basically glamorising the whole bloody mess making her the victim of this brutal murder that she has admitted too; …by giving her entirely to much face time through the TV, Internet, etc., trying to make it a real life ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ or something!

“Allah’s Apostle” is, of course, Muhammad, who did indeed carry out stonings. Here is the hadith in which he challenges the rabbis about stoning, and in which there is amidst the barbarism and brutality a final act of love and compassion:
The Jews came to Allah’s Apostle and told him that a man and a woman from amongst them had committed illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet then gave the order that both of them should be stoned to death. Something we saw in Denver! I was going to write something sooner about this, but between being in Denver still, relaxing when I got home and then my computer taking a crap on me and having to get a new one, I'll do it now.
Battleskin88 and I had an incredible time/trip to Denver January 29 to Feb. 4, 2011. It was very relaxing and a much needed get away. I not only got to see family I don't see that often which was incredible, I miss them so much. We also took in some Denver sites as shown in the pictures I have posted.
We all went to Denvers Botanical Gardens it was absolutely beautiful and we saw the Sculptures of Moore, afterwards we hit Shells and Sauce (excellent Italian resturant, which I recommend and hope to eat there again) We attended to other business while there. Then the last full day we where in Denver we checked out the Denver Aquarium. Amazing!!!!!!!!
After walking through the Downtown Aquarium, of course we had to make a pit stop at the bathrooms. After we both got our business taken care of we met in front of the bathrooms. I was looking around taking in everything and saw it there a sign for a UNISEX BATHROOM. Battleskin88 and I where both like ICKKKKKKKKKKKKK, WTH!
Then as we where talking about how wrong that was we came to this conculsion. Alright it has to be for Transvestites because they couldn't use the well we had to make one for Parents and their babies, because the Male and Female bathrooms both had changing tables and WOW it was just WOW.

WORST BILL OF WEEK–AB 1266–Democrat Bill to Allow Boys in Gov’t School Girls Showers, Bathrooms and on Girls Team—and Vice Versa
If San Fran Assemblyman Ammiano has his way buys who think they are girls will be allowed to use the girls showers, bathrooms and join the girls basketball team. Girls who think they are boys will be allowed the reverse.
Do you think an eleven year old girl wants to have a twelve year old boy in the showers with her? Do you think boys would enjoy having a fifteen year old girl taking a shower with them?
San Fran is a sick city. Now they want their “openness” to go to your town. The good news is that passing this law will assure many more boys and girls going to private education facilities instead of government social experiments. Would you send your child to this Democrat dream school?

State ordering girls’ locker rooms open to boys
The California State Assembly passed a bill Thursday mandating schools permit boys to play on girls’ athletic teams and utilize the ladies’ locker room if they gender identify as girls – or vice-versa for girls identifying as boys.
The bill’s author, openly homosexual San Francisco Democrat Tom Ammiano, has been an activist for lesbian, “gay,” bisexual and transgender, or LGBT, issues for decades and reportedly became in 1975 the first San Francisco public school teacher to make his homosexuality public.
Ammiano told the Los Angeles Times some parents may be uncomfortable with their children sharing bathrooms with students of a different sex, but he said, “It’s also important to protect our children from prejudice.”
“There’s no trampling of other people’s rights,” he said. “There’s a recognition that other people have the same rights that you do.”
Ammiano cited the case of Eli Erlick, a high school student in Mendocino County who was born male but identifies as female. Ammiano said Erlick was prohibited from participating in girls’ gym classes while in middle school and noted that Erlick’s parents testified in favor of the bill.
By a vote of 46-25, carried without any affirmative votes from Republican lawmakers, the California Assembly passed the bill, AB 1266, which amends Section 221.5 of the state’s Education Code as follows: “A pupil shall be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions, and use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil’s records.”
The bill would affect not only interscholastic sports, but also sex-segregated physical education classes.
An analysis of the bill quoted Ammiano: “When transgender students are denied the opportunity to participate in physical education classes in a manner consistent with their gender identity, they miss out on … important benefits and suffer from stigmatization and isolation.”Read more

Alright before you all start calling me closed minded, a bigot, ignorant or whatever choice word you care to throw at me. Listen I have had communication with many gays and transwhatever through out my life, through a job I was working in high school, to having a person I called my best friend when growing up in Elementary/Middle School until she moved away. Fastforward 20 something years and we got back in contact with one another which was great; I later found out she owned a business, which happened to be a nightclub/bar and it wound up being similar to a 'Bird Cage' kind of establishment with the shows and stuff. I have no idea if it is still there, but her and I lost touch with each other again. i guess you'd say we grew apart with things we had in common as teenagers, which wasn't a whole lot anymore. Due to life events. 'our own tragic tales while growing up' etc., but this is completely insane and wrong as anything.
Why should young girls/teens who are already put in an uncomfortable situation for some girls a complete nightmare of having to change in front of a boy who thinks he's a girl? Tell me are these transgenders still anatomically correct with penis still intact, are they taking hormones to grow Boobs? Or are these transwhatevers just dressing up in womans clothing? HOMESCHOOL and Why is it only girls lockerrooms and boys not having to have transgnder chicks or whatever you want to call them in guys locker rooms? What are their Penises not to be seen? Younger bomb suspect DID kill his own brother by running him over, says Boston police chief
-Watertown Police Chief Deveau said Tamerlan Tsranaev, 26, marched towards police officers while shooting at them
-‘He all of a sudden comes out from under cover and just starts walking down the street, shooting at our police officers, trying to get closer,’ Deveau said

New York City Mayor says the plan fell apart when they decided to stop for gas after stealing(carjacking) an SUV.
According to the latest developments in the case of the Boston Marathon bombing, the Tsarnaevs allegedly planned to travel to New York City to set off six homemade bombs, including a pressure cooker bomb, but instead got into a police chase and shootout in Watertown after the owner of the Mercedes they stole called police while the suspects were filling the vehicle’s gas tank.
The older brother, Tamerlan, 26, was killed in the subsequent shootout. Dzokhar was later captured, found hiding in a boat in Watertown, and told FBI officials during interviews this week what they pair had planned.
During a press conference in New York City on Thursday, officials said the suspects were going to set the explosives off in a crowded Times Square, just days after they detonated two bombs at the Boston Marathon finish line. New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said the plan was “spontaneous” and that it was “discussed … while riding around in the Mercedes SUV, after killing the MIT officer."
When first interviewed about what the brothers’ intentions were on Sunday, two days after his capture, Dzokhar told investigators from his hospital bed that they were going to New York to “party.” In a follow-up interrogation, he admitted they were going to set off the bombs. He claimed that plan fell apart when the owner of the car they stole contacted officials, and police tracked down the getaway vehicle.
Officials said Dzokhar had visited New York twice in 2012, and they have surveillance of him in Times Square, but they don’t know who he went to see and what his intentions were while on the trips. “Whether we believe <the suspect> or not, this is the information we got and we are going to take it seriously … we have to assume the worst.
