THIS GUY OBVIOUSLY SUFFERED MAJOR BRAIN TRAUMA. "FORGIVING" THIS F**KING APE HAS AS MUCH VALUE AS "FORGIVING" A VIRUS THAT KILLED YOUR FAMILY.
'I FORGIVE you': Father's extraordinary comments to man who 'raped and killed 10-year-old daughter and wife before leaving him for dead' with brain damage after claw hammer home invasion
-Arturo Martinez, 39, barely survived brutal home invasion when attacker killed his wife Yardira and daughter Karla
-Police arrested attacker Bryan Clay after a week of being on the run
-Bodies found in home after unharmed son, 9, told officials at his school that his mother and sister were dead
The husband and father who woke up in his Las Vegas home to find his wife and daughter beaten to death said Thursday that he has taken the unfathomable step of forgiving their attacker.
Still bearing the scars of the brutal attack which left him requiring two major brain surgeries after 17 head fractures, Arturo Martinez appeared at a press conference three months after the random claw hammer attack.
To gasps from the shocked audience, Mr Martinez said that he would even let 22-year-old Bryan Clay, who broke into their home randomly before raping and killing Mr Martinez's wife and 10-year-old daughter, kiss him on the cheek.
An emotional Mr Martinez said 'I forgive you. That's it, nothing else.'
'And if he gave me a kiss, I would give him a kiss.'
The Las Vegas Review Journal reports that Mr Martinez announced his decision in a press conference held in the boxing gym that he and his wife Ignacia, who went by Yardira, opened a year ago.
The gym was closed after the early morning attack on April 16. Mr Martinez does not remember the actual altercation between himself and Clay, but simply remembers waking up around 5am and seeing blood everywhere around his bedroom.
'After I saw this, I checked on my daughter and saw the same exact scene all over again,' he said.
He found his two young sons unharmed, and while attempting to call the police before passing out, he told his sons to go to school and tell the teachers what happened.
The killings caused panic in the neighborhood and surprised friends who knew Yardira, 38, and Arturo: because the couple were both professional fighters, community members were shocked that the assailant was able to defeat them still.
'I've been doing this for 24 years and this is the case you hope you never see,' Las Vegas Metropolitan Police lieutenant Ray Steiber said.
Because Clay was on the run and not found until a week after the attack, police immediately suspected Mr Martinez and put his sons in foster care.
Scars: The 17 head fractures Mr Martinez sustained during the attack prompted two major brain surgeries
The murdering nigger filth
That was the case for three days before they were released into his custody, but since he was in the hospital recuperating for much of the month following the attack, the boys lived with Mr Martinez's sister and brother-in-law.
They now all live with their relatives, as Mr Martinez refuses to return to the home where his wife and daughter were killed, where his world was shattered.
During his brief statements, Mr Martinez was flanked on either side by his sons, 5-year-old Alejandro and 9-year-old Cristopher.
Cristopher could be seen stroking his father’s back during the statement and helping him when he got stuck on a difficult word- both because he was fighting back tears and because he is still recovering from his two brain surgeries.
'This terrible crime is just one of many evil things in our world,' Mr Martinez said.
'It is my prayer that my wife Yardira and my daughter Karla are in heaven waiting for me and my sons, for me to arrive to spend eternity with them.'
When police found Clay, they connected him to a sexual assault against a different 50-year-old woman the week before the killings.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Investigators in Fridley say they need help solving one of the most bizarre cases they’ve ever seen.
Police say they arrested a woman who refuses to tell them who she is. She won’t give her fingerprints, And she has no identification.
Authorities found her hiding in a closet in someone else’s home holding scissors and a cell phone.
The arrest happened Monday after the new owners of a home on 98 Rice Creek Way in Fridley returned from their July 4 vacation and couldn’t get in.
The place was supposed to be empty for renovations, but the locks had been changed, the lights were on, and drapes or blinds were up covering the windows.
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” said Lt. Mike Monsrud of the Fridley Police Department. “Where someone breaks into someone’s house, changes the locks and then starts doing home repairs on the house, which makes this case even more bizarre.”
The owners called police.
When officers went into the home and found the woman in the closet, they say she refused to come out.
“She would not speak to officers at all,” Monsrud said. “The only thing she would keep repeating is that she’s a female and that we don’t have a right to touch her.”
Police had to bring in a canine to get her out. She received medical treatment and stitches for the bite marks.
Officers found a stolen SUV from Wisconsin in the garage and stolen credit cards, but not one document identifying who she is.
“At this point in time we have no idea who she is, or what she may be running from,” Monsrud said.
When officers tried to book her into jail, she refused to cooperate, not letting officers fingerprint her or take her mug shot.
They were able to get one photo of her face while she was sleeping in her cell.
Authorities say until she cooperates or someone helps identify her, she’ll likely stay behind bars.
“We’ve questioned her many times about her motives, while she’s been in our custody. We’ve questioned her as to whether she’s in fear for her life,” said Commander Paul Sommer with the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office. “She’s completely non-responsive.”
When the woman appeared in court for burglary and theft charges, a judge ordered her in contempt after giving two false names and set her bail at $100,000.
Investigators think she could be from the Chicago area and would not speculate on whether she was traveling with someone.
If you have any information, call the Fridley Police Department at 763-572-3629 or the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office at 763-323-5000.

Prof accused of ordering students to masturbate
Lawsuit says 'human sexuality' teacher threatened to flunk the uncooperative
A federal lawsuit alleges a “human sexuality” class instructor at Western Nevada College in Carson City demanded that students masturbate and then write reports about their experiences or flunk his class.
The claim, reported by Oliver Darcy at CampusReform.org, was filed on behalf of Karen Royce against the college, instructor Tom Kubistant and the college president, Carol Lucey.
College spokesman Mark Ghan told WND the college investigated the complaint and found nothing to act on. The U.S. Department of Education also accessed the college’s report and found no grounds for action.
“The fact that the Department of Education declined to pursue the matter didn’t preclude the plaintiff from filing a lawsuit,” he told WND.
Ghan said he’s preparing a motion to dismiss, because the allegations are “embellished to such an extent they don’t reflect <what happened> in the classroom.”
He declined to be specific about what did happen but denied “absolutely” that students were told to perform sexually.
The federal lawsuit paints another picture. Royce, who says she experienced sexual abuse in the past, reported she felt “pure terror” when she was told the final term paper for students would be “A Sexual Case Study … You.”
The paper required students to detail how they lost their virginity, any sexual abuse they experienced, how they become sexually aroused, their masturbation habits and their promiscuous behaviors.
The complaint alleges Kubistant promised to deduct points from students’ grades should their papers not include the specifics.
The course description for the psychology department class said it covered “major topics in human sexuality such as gender, sexual anatomy, sexually-transmitted diseases, sexual response and disorders, sexual orientation, sexual coercion, and commercials sex.”
Royce, who wants to be a social worker, thought the class would be relevant to issues she might encounter in her career, the complaint explains.
“The first day of class was on August, 30, 2011. At the start of the class, Kubistant locked the door to the classroom. Kubistant intimidatingly informed the class that he unilaterally could kick any student out of his class at any time and give such student an ‘F.’ Kubistant touted himself to the class as a respected author and professional speaker. Kubistant demanded all students refer to him formally as ‘Doctor Kubistant.’ Although Kubistant has degrees in philosophy and counseling degree under the education heading, Kubistant informed the class he was a psychologist. Although it appears Kubistant possesses no valid license through the state of Nevada, Kubistant informed the class he was a ‘marriage and family therapist,’ a ‘professional sexologist,’ and a private practice sex therapist for over 20 years.”
The case notes that Kubistant had students sign an “acknowledgement” for the class, noting that the discussion could contain sexually explicit terms that may make students uncomfortable.
“Kubistant never once indicated that personal sexual disclosure would be a required part of the class experience,” the lawsuit alleges.
The instructor explained that the final paper would “require” discussion including: When did begin early exploration of my genitals? … Did I experience a homosexual outing, phase, and what challenges were associated with that? Describe personal promiscuity behaviors; Do I cheat and how do I feel about it? … List all my sexual partners and describe the differences … Have I been raped or experienced any sexual coercion? What kind of fetishes do I have?
“Plaintiff felt pure terror,” the complaint said. “As a sexual abuse survivor, plaintiff was horrified at the thought of reliving the sexual abuse endured as a child.”
“The memories brought up simply by Kubistant’s requirement forced plaintiff to her bed crying for the entire evening,” the complaint said.
By the fourth class, “Kubistant then provided the class homework requiring students masturbate twice as much as they would normally do encouraging students to then disclose specifics in their journals again for Kubistant to read and review; specifics included arousal time and how long it actually took to achieve each orgasm,” the complaint continues.
When the plaintiff informed Kubstant she did not masturbate, “Kubistant became agitated and irritably informed plaintiff she must masturbate a minimum of three (3) times. Kubistant then angrily announced to the entire class they must masturbate if they intended to pass the class.”
Suspicious about his demands, Royce discussed them with other professors and with several doctors. She found no other class with such requirements, and the doctors were suspicious of Kubistant’s intentions.
Her complaints to college officials generated no results, and eventually she withdrew from the class, the complaint said.
As a result, she not only was deprived of taking a legitimate human sexuality class, she suffered “economic, extreme emotional distress, and loss of enjoyment of life and humiliation.”
The complaint seeks compensatory, general and special damages.
