HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man kidnapped a teenage runaway girl and raped her, according to Harris County Sheriff's deputies.

Court documents state the 15-year-old girl told investigators that Octavis B. Bledsoe told her to get into his purple car so he could give her a ride on December 20, 2011. She says once inside the car, Bledsoe pulled out a gun, pointed it at her head and told he she was going to stay with him for a little bit.

The girl says Bledsoe then drove her to his residence in northwest Harris County where he sexually assaulted her at gunpoint.

Investigators say the girl picked Bledsoe out of a photo array. They also say they interviewed the girls' mother who says her daughter told her about the sexual assault.

Bledsoe, 22, is charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of a child. Bond has been set at a total of $200,000.

MCKEESPORT (KDKA) — Police are looking for a man who fired shots at police in McKeesport.

The situation started when police responded to a burglary call at a house at 3310 Stewart Street.

When police arrived, officers found much more. Police say as they approached the home, a woman who lives at the house ran out the door.

As she did, police say a black male inside the house fired a shot, hitting the woman in the forearm.

Police officers returned fire at the suspect. The woman ran to a neighbor’s house bleeding.

Police called for backup and while they were doing that, the suspects made a run for it.

Police say they tracked the suspects for about four and a half blocks with dogs before losing the trail.

They spent the rest of the afternoon searching the scene for evidence.

The suspects were described as black males wearing dew rags.
